Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who serves as the bridge between our customers and our engineering and product teams. In this role, you'll be the voice of the customer internally, advocating for their needs, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and ensuring their long-term success with Appcircle's mobile CI/CD platform.


Key Responsibilities

  • Guide customers through onboarding and ensure successful platform adoption.
  • Provide technical support and resolve customer issues.
  • Deliver product demonstrations when needed.
  • Act as the voice of the customer by communicating feedback and requirements to the product team.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams.


Required Qualifications

  • 2–3+ years of experience in mobile app development, mobile DevOps, technical customer support, or a similar technical role.
  • At least B1 level English proficiency, with the ability to communicate independently (written and verbal) with customers from diverse geographies and accents, deliver product demos when required.
  • Solid understanding of Android and/or iOS ecosystems, including development, build processes, code signing, and distribution.
  • Basic knowledge of scripting languages such as Bash, Ruby, or similar.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and modern software delivery practices.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret build logs, pipeline outputs, and error messages to identify root causes.
  • Familiarity with Git-based version control systems and common workflows.
  • Experience with third-party integrations such as source repositories, artifact management, distribution tools, and related ecosystems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.
  • Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with engineering and product teams.
  • Capability to accurately translate customer needs into technical requirements.
  • Self-discipline and strong communication habits suitable for remote work.
  • Ability to plan, execute, and track UAT (User Acceptance Testing) activities and results.
